What does one-stop cleared actually mean?
Most music has two owners: whoever owns the recording, and whoever owns the song underneath it. Normally you have to get permission from both. SNVRKOTICS owns both on every track listed here, so one payment clears the whole thing.
Do I need a separate publishing license?
No. The certificate you receive covers the recording and the composition together. There is no second party to find and no second invoice.
What if my project grows after I license?
Licenses are tied to the scope you bought. If a social edit becomes a paid ad, or a short film gets picked up for broadcast, email sync@snvrkotics.com and we upgrade you — you pay the difference, not the full higher tier again.
Does this cover YouTube monetization?
Yes, from the Creator tier up. Your video can run ads and will not be claimed. In return you agree not to register anything containing the track with Content ID or any similar system, which would flag other people's legitimate licenses.
What is a cue sheet, and who files it?
A cue sheet lists every piece of music in a broadcast production and how long each cue runs. Broadcasters send them to performance societies, who pay the writers. You file it; we stay registered with our PRO so the payment finds us.
Can I get stems?
Sometimes, and they cost nothing when we have them. Stems are the separated multitracks — what an editor wants in order to duck the drums under dialogue. We can't promise them on every track, because older sessions aren't always archived in a state we can export cleanly. Email sync@snvrkotics.com with the track before you commit to an edit that depends on them.
How long does a license last, and where does it apply?
Creator, Business and Film are perpetual and worldwide — buy once, use forever. Commercial and Broadcast run one year and are renewable, because advertising and television are priced on flights rather than in perpetuity.
A broadcaster is asking me to prove I cleared the music. What do I send?
Send the PDF certificate that arrived with your purchase. It names you, your project, the track and its ISRC. If they want independent confirmation, they can check the license ID at sync.snvrkotics.com/verify without seeing any of your details.
